Educational Requirements: Preferably with a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
Experience Required: Experience working with children or students in a leadership capacity is an asset. Some teaching experience or practicum. Proficiency in the operation of computers, and software like the Google Classroom is an asset.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Teaching, Planning & Assessing in the Middle School (Grade 7 & 8):

Grade 7 & 8 English
Grade 7 & 8 Social Studies
Phys. Ed 7 & 8

The Middle School Teacher Will:

Prepare, implement and assess lesson plans.
Teach all students in a respectful, considerate, compassionate manner, reflecting Christ’s love for us daily.
Work collegially with school staff, school-based administration and other volunteer staff.
Understand & fundamentally agree with the School’s Mission, Core Values, and Statement of Faith
Sign a one-year contract.
